In November we are changing the clinical system we use to SystmOne. This change means certain things will change. From the app you use to order prescriptions to how your information is shared. There may be some disruption to our normal service
Why the change? Many other practices use this and it is the system used by local hospitals and other NHS services. There are many benefits of this new system including more efficient record sharing so we can see hospital letters and prescriptions sooner.

The Caring in North Tyneside in 2022 survey is for people who provide unpaid support for a family member, friend or neighbour who could not manage without that support. It is the opportunity for adult carers to say what is working well and what could be better.

This survey is run by Healthwatch and the Carers’ Centre on behalf of North Tyneside’s Carers Partnership Board – a partnership of NHS, local authority and voluntary sector organisations wanting to improve support for carers.

The survey is confidential and will be used to improve services and support for carers across North Tyneside.
